What gets passed around as kaylabud leaks is content she posted herself — screen-recorded, re-compressed, and reuploaded months later by people charging for a folder they had no part in making. Nothing was taken. It was published, then copied.

A leak is something private getting out. That is not what happened here. Somebody subscribed, recorded their own screen, and put the file somewhere else. That is copying, and the distinction matters because it tells you exactly how old and how rough what you are looking at will be.
There is no hidden folder. Nothing she has made was made by accident, and all of it is still sitting where she put it.
What is actually in those files
Old work, badly compressed. Recording a video off a screen throws away a lot of quality, then the host re-encodes it, then a mirror re-encodes that. What survives is a blurry crop of something she spent hours shooting.
It is also stale. These lists get scraped once and left, and a fair amount of what ends up filed under her name is not even her — nobody checks, because nobody is made to.
The part worth actually worrying about
Those sites earn from you, not from the files. The pattern is a chain of redirects, a fake "verify you are human" step, a survey that harvests your details, or a download that is not what it claims. The ones asking for a card to "confirm your age" are the worst of them.
